This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid subscriptions and in-app purchases made through Securamus, operated by Itenomic Dynamics Pvt Ltd.
Please read this policy carefully before subscribing. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this policy.
Key Points:
- All sales are final. No refunds are issued once payment is made.
- Your subscription begins immediately upon successful payment.
- You can cancel future renewals at any time.
2. No Refund Policy
All payments made for Securamus subscriptions are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed and your plan is activated, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Unused portion of a subscription period
- Accidental purchase
- Dissatisfaction with features
- Technical issues on your device or network
- Failure to cancel before renewal
3. Subscription Plans and Billing
3.1 Billing
Subscriptions are billed in advance for the chosen period (monthly or annual). Your billing cycle begins on the date of purchase and renews automatically unless cancelled.
3.2 Renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee unless you cancel before the renewal date.
3.3 Payment Methods
We accept payments through:
- Credit and debit cards
- UPI and digital wallets
- Net banking
- Other payment methods available via our payment processor
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future renewals. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for any amount already paid.

- In-App: Go to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
- Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@securamus.com
- Support: Contact support@securamus.com
After cancellation, you retain access to your Pro plan until the end of the current billing period, after which access to the service will end.
