1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Itenomic Dynamics Pvt Ltd ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") regarding your use of the Securamus mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Securamus, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Service.

Eligibility (18+): Securamus is intended solely for users who are 18 years of age or older. By creating an account or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use Securamus, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal data from a person under 18, we will delete it.

2. Service Description

2.1 Securamus Platform

Securamus is a secure file sharing platform that provides:

• Advanced file protection and security
• Anti-screenshot and screen recording protection
• One-time viewing capabilities
• Access control and revocation features
• Secure file sharing
• Analytics and reporting (Pro users)
• Face verification security (Pro users)

2.2 Service Plans

We offer the following plans:

• Free Plan: 20 MB protected sharing per month, images only, 1 device, basic features
• Pro Plan: ₹299/month — 5 GB protected sharing per month, images & videos, 3 devices, full access to all features

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of Securamus, you must create an account by providing:

• A valid email address
• A secure password
• Accurate registration information

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Using strong, unique passwords
• Enabling available security features

4. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use Securamus to:

• Securely share legitimate personal or business files
• Protect confidential documents and media
• Control access to your sensitive information
• Collaborate securely with authorized individuals

4.2 Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Securamus for any of the following:

Illegal Activities:

• Sharing copyrighted content without permission
• Distributing illegal or harmful content
• Violating any applicable laws or regulations
• Facilitating criminal activities

System Abuse:

• Attempting to reverse engineer our software or security systems
• Circumventing security measures
• Overwhelming our systems with excessive requests
• Interfering with other users' access to the Service

5. Plan and Payment Terms

5.1 Free Plan

The Free Plan provides basic access at no cost and includes:

• 20 MB protected sharing per month
• Image formats only (JPG, PNG, GIF, WEBP)
• 1 device, anti-screenshot protection, and one-time viewing

5.2 Pro Plan

The Pro Plan is a paid plan that includes:

• ₹299 for a one-month plan period, paid upfront (longer multi-month periods may be offered at discounted rates)
• 5 GB of protected sharing per month
• Images & videos (MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM), 3 devices
• Full access to all features including analytics, face verification, and watermarks
• Priority customer support

Each plan period is paid upfront and does not renew automatically. Your Pro access continues until the end of the period you paid for; to continue afterward, you make a new payment. We do not store your payment details to charge you automatically.

5.3 Payment Processing

• Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors (such as Razorpay)
• Fees are charged upfront for the plan period you select
• Each payment covers a single plan period; there are no automatic recurring charges
• When a paid period ends, your account returns to the Free plan until you purchase a new period

6. Intellectual Property Rights

6.1 Our Intellectual Property

Securamus and all related technology, including but not limited to:

• Software code and algorithms
• User interface designs
• Trademarks and logos
• Documentation and content
• Proprietary security methods and features

Are the exclusive property of Itenomic Dynamics Pvt Ltd and are protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of all files and content you upload to Securamus. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to:

• Provide sharing and access control features
• Process metadata for service functionality

7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

7.1 Service Disclaimer

Securamus is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Security against all possible threats
• Compatibility with all devices or systems

7.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Itenomic Dynamics Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• Third-party actions or content
• Unauthorized access despite security measures
